The OceanMax filter mat is a dense foam pad that traps detritus and fine debris before they can cloud your water, protecting the biological media behind it.
Place it as the first stage in any aquarium or fish tank filter — hang-on, internal, canister or sump — and cut it with scissors to match your basket or media bag. Rinse it during regular maintenance and replace it once it starts to break down.
Good to know:
– Mat size: 32 × 12 × 2cm
– Cuts to fit with scissors
– Use before biological media as the mechanical stage
– For aquarium, fish tank, canister and sump filters
