OceanMax Plastic Bio Balls are a 500g pack of 50 large, 42mm hollow spheres that give beneficial bacteria the surface they need to establish and thrive.
Because each ball is big, this media suits open filter chambers and coarse-media baskets rather than fine compartments. Add them to an aquarium canister or sump, a fish tank filter, or a pond filter; they work in freshwater and saltwater alike and rinse clean for reuse.
Good to know:
– 50 bio balls per 500g pack
– Ball size: 42mm — coarse media for open chambers
– For aquarium, fish tank and pond biological filtration
– Suitable for freshwater and saltwater
– Durable plastic — rinse and reuse
